We ship to worldwide! This includes all of Europe, Australia, USA, Canada, Asia etc. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout if applicable
Orders are posted out the following working day and take around 5-7 days to reach you.
Are there any side effects ?
There should not be no. If you have any allergy issues with our products stop using immediately.
How long will it take to get a response from an email inquiry?

Return/Refund policy
Due to the nature of our ingestible products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, whether the product is opened or unopened. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.
However, we stand behind the quality of Avaya Glow. If your order arrives with damaged packaging, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, provide clear photos of the issue so we can review your case. If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
All replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
